Stainless steel is an alloy that is composed primarily of low carbon steel and chromium. Other elements such as molybdenum, nickel, and titanium are also used to improve its overall quality. The most common acrylic plastic is polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), which is sold under the brand names of Plexiglas, Lucite, Perspex, and Crystallite. PMMA is a tough, highly transparent material with excellent resistance to ultraviolet radiation and weathering. It can be colored, molded, cut, drilled, and formed. These properties make it ideal for many applications including airplane windshields, skylights, automobile taillights, and outdoor signs. One notable application is the ceiling of the Houston Astrodome which is composed of hundreds of double-insulating panels of PMMA acrylic plastic.Common applications include commemorative plaques, signs, and other decorative nameplates.

Installation is easy

You can install nameplates on virtually any wall surface including interior office drywall, exterior brick, stone, metal siding and stucco – using the included stud mounts that thread into the back of the Name Plate. For a drop shadow effect, use spacers (also included) which will make your nameplate float off the wall. Dimensions (inches) : Select as per required | The standard sizes for House Name Plates are (9″ x 18″inches) high(12″ x 18″ inches) high (18″ x 24″ inches) high and (24″ x 36″ inches) high | often chosen by those who want highly durable, recessed metal plates that are virtually impossible to damage or deface.  There can be one, two or three lines of text and the length is determined by the number of letters. Letter size is not fixed and is adjusted to suit the sign.
