We value your trust and strive to provide a hassle-free experience when ordering personalized products like house name plates, number plates, or signage. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, returns, and replacements.

Cancellation Policy

1. Before Production Begins:

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at 9036882889 via call or WhatsApp.

  • After design confirmation and production initiation, cancellation is not permitted as the product is custom-made specifically for you.

2. Non-Cancellable Items:

  • Any item that has been customized or manufactured cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.

Return & Replacement Policy

Since all our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not offer returns unless the following conditions apply:

Eligible for Replacement:

  • The design or nameplate details do not match your approved drawing or specifications

  • The product has manufacturing defects or wrong material

What To Do:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product

  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue via WhatsApp to 9036882889

  • Our support team will verify and initiate a free replacement if eligible

Not Eligible for Return/Replacement:

  • Spelling/content mistakes approved by you during design confirmation

  • Slight color variation due to screen/device difference

  • Minor scratches or installation damage after delivery

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or national holidays

Refunds

As this is a custom manufacturing business, we do not offer monetary refunds. However:

  • In case of an error on our side, we will remake and resend the product at no extra cost

  • If a refund is approved (in rare cases), it will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days
