We specialize in customized products including name plates, signs, display boards, and more. All products are custom-made based on customer inputs and require pre-approval of design files before production.
3. Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed online or via WhatsApp.

100% advance payment is required for all customized items.

We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and approved online gateways.

Once the design is approved and payment is made, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
4. Pre-Production Drawings

Customers will receive a pre-production design for approval.

Production begins only after written confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Revisions are allowed (up to 2 times) before final approval.
5. Dispatch & Delivery

Standard dispatch time: 3 to 8 working days (varies by product & volume).

Delivery across India via reputed courier partners.

Tracking details will be provided once dispatched.

We are not liable for courier delays or force majeure events.
6. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

As all products are custom-made, no returns or refunds are accepted.

Replacements will only be considered in case of:

Manufacturing defects

Wrong item delivered (must be reported within 24 hours with unboxing video proof)

No replacement will be offered for issues caused due to incorrect customer inputs.

All content, templates, designs, and visuals used or offered on the website remain the intellectual property of Newtech Corporation of India and cannot be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.
